AI human detection & tracking
Motion is analysed on the camera itself, in real time — the gimbal follows a person across the frame while filtering out the cat, the wind and passing headlights. Low false-alarm rate by design.

Questions people ask
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The C1 records to a microSD card or to your own NVR, NAS or computer, and the iCSee app is free. Cloud storage is an optional extra, never a requirement.
How hard is it to set up?
Plug it in, scan the QR code in the iCSee app and follow the prompts — most people are watching live within ten minutes. The quick-start guide is in the box and on the support page.
Will it actually see anything at night?
Yes, and in colour: twelve high-power LEDs and the SmartSENS SC3335AI sensor give colour night vision down to 0.01 lux, and black-and-white with infrared in total darkness.
Why two lenses?
One camera watches two areas at once — the drive and the door, the garden and the gate — as two independent HD streams, and the pan-tilt head follows anyone the AI picks out.
Does my footage leave my home?
Not unless you want it to. Human detection runs on the camera's own processor, and recordings stay on the card or your own recorder unless you turn on remote viewing or a cloud service.
Will it work with what I already have?
The C1 is ONVIF-S compatible, so it drops into most NVRs and software such as BlueIris and SecuritySpy. The compatibility matrix on the support page lists what we have tested.
Does it work outdoors, all year?
The housing is IP66-rated against rain and dust, and it connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet — PoE-injector compatible, so one cable can do both.
Can I talk through it?
Yes. Two-way audio from the app — hear what is happening and answer back.
Where can I buy it, and what does it cost?
Direct from the Nakavision Factory Store or on Amazon UK. The current price is shown above, incl. VAT, and the 4-pack works out cheaper per camera.
What if I change my mind?
Returns follow the store you bought from — Amazon's returns window, or the Factory Store's returns policy. Warranty claims come to us either way.
Is the warranty handled in the UK?
Yes. Nakavision Ltd is a UK company; the two-year warranty and support are handled from Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex.
