This page gives the information about Nakavision Ltd that a company must publish on its website under the Companies Act 2006 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, and explains how to complain. The statutory details — name, place of registration, company number, registered office, email and hosting provider — are printed above this text and kept up to date in one place.

Who we are

Nakavision Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under the company number shown above, with the registered office shown above. We are the company behind the Nakavision C1 security camera. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT number is shown. We are not a member of a professional body, and our activity is not subject to an authorisation scheme.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region (Netherlands) by the provider named above. Where your data is stored, and who processes it, is explained in the privacy notice.

Third-party software

The iCSee app that the C1 works with is made and operated by Hangzhou Jftech Co., Ltd., which is independent of Nakavision; its own terms and privacy policy apply to it. Other product and service names on this site are the trade marks of their owners.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, write to support@nakavision.com and we will try to put it right; we usually reply within one working day. Under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015 we are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution provider, and we have chosen not to. The United Kingdom no longer takes part in the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, which the EU itself closed in July 2025. Nothing here limits your right to take a matter to court.

Changes to this document
